1. What is Beterboeren?
Beterboeren is an online platform dedicated to delivering fresh, local farm produce and artisanal products directly to your home. We promote sustainability and support local communities
2. How do I create an account?
Click on 'create an account' at the top of our website and fill in the required information to create your account.
3. How can I contact Beterboeren customer service?
You can contact us via info@beterboeren.nl or use the contact form on our website. You can also use our chat function on the website.
4. Do you offer customer service?
Yes, our customer service team is available via email and chat for any questions you may have.
5. What is Beterboeren's delivery schedule?
We offer the possibility to order on Wednesday until 22:00 and receive your products on the following Saturday. This way you can enjoy fresh farm products during the weekend and the suppliers have plenty of time to prepare your order.
6. Can I order products that are not listed on the website?
For special requests, you can contact our customer service team directly. We will do our best to fulfill your request.
7. What about the sustainability of Beterboeren?
At Beterboeren we are committed to sustainability. We minimize our ecological footprint by using eco-friendly delivery options and promoting local products.
8. Where can I submit feedback or a complaint?

10. Is it possible to buy the products from the participating farmers myself?
Yes, that is possible, on the relevant page of our partners on our site you can find the contact details of our partners at the bottom. We strive to use the same prices as our partners as much as possible, in some cases there is a difference, this is due to costs that we have to make for service, website, personnel and packaging. The advantage of BeterBoeren is that you can have your fresh groceries delivered to your home for a relatively low price for a competitive shipping rate and in addition, if you order for at least 20€ the shipping costs are waived. When it comes to actually visiting our partners, we are busy with "viewing days" where we can take our customers on excursions. If we can do anything for you, we would of course like to hear from you.
11. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are only €4.95 and are waived for orders over €20
12. Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Yes, changes to your order can be made up to 24 hours after placing it via our customer service portal or by contacting our support.
13. What types of products does Beterboeren offer?
We offer a wide variety of products including dairy, eggs, potatoes and more, all sourced from local farmers and producers.
14. Are all products organic?
We strive to offer a range of organic products but at the moment this is not yet the case. Our products are fresh and direct from the farms and we only work with suppliers who have the best interests of people, animals and nature at heart.
15. Where is Beterboeren available?
Our delivery area is currently only within a 25km radius of Gouda but we aim to be available in as many communities as possible in the longer term. Please check our website or contact our customer service to see if we deliver to your area
16. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including IDEAL, credit card and PayPal.
17. How do I place an order?
Visit our website, select your favorite local products and add them to your cart. Then follow the steps at checkout to complete your order.
18. How do you ensure the security of my data?
Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal data and we follow strict privacy guidelines in accordance with the AVG/GDPR.
19. What if my order has problems or is damaged?
If there are any problems with your order, please contact our customer service immediately. We will do our best to resolve any issues
